Description: 
lunar/moonbase/python/Python/DETAILS specifies:
SOURCE_URL=ftp://ftp.python.org/pub/python/$VERSION/

Substituting the info from the Python web pages gives:
SOURCE_URL=http://www.python.org/ftp/python/$VERSION/

I don't know whether the failure of the first is just
temporary, but the updated one works [at the moment].
Maybe this could be added as a secondary source?
