Summary: kdelibs4-4.5.1 unable to find DocBook XSL (but
docbook-xsl-1.76.0 installed)
Description:
kdelibs4-4.5.1 fails to build with the following error:

-- The following REQUIRED packages could NOT be located on your system.
-- You must install these packages before continuing.

   * DocBook XSL <http://docbook.sourceforge.net/release/xsl/current/>
     Stylesheets for processing DocBook XML
     Needed for building the KDE help system.

BUT
lvu installed docbook-xsl shows 1.76.0

BTW: the WEBSITE in docbook-xsl DETAILS is out of date

I confirm this issue.
After downgrading docbook-xsl from 1.76.0 to 1.75.2, kdelibs4 agrees to lin
again

It was a boneheaded maneuver on my part for not using a variable for the
xsl version.

Fixed with commit 1fba69dad992a377e3c773e12846d853c9e1542
