Summary:                    Network is not working properlu
Description: 
When I start up Lunar I get a error message that my network setup has
failed.
The exact message is : failed to set gateway.

When I do dhcpcd everything is working properly.
When I do after  dhcpcd /etc/init.d/network start no error message.

Are you sure that the /etc/config.d/network/eth0 file is correct?

There is a bug in the lnet script which means it does not always
update the file correctly. Your file should look like the example
file that I've just attached, except you need to add the 8139too.

If you are using dhcp, it should set the gateway and dns entries,
so you might need to remove the /etc/config.d/gateway file to
avoid confusion.

If 'ifconfig' shows that eth0 has not been configured on reboot,
but it is configured correctly running dhcpcd by hand, it could
be that there is a timing problem during network initialization.
That's also why I need dhcpcd -K on one of my machines. You may
need to experiment further.

Hello, 

When I change the eth0 file to dhcp_options = "-h localhost" or
dhcp_options="-K -h localhost" then I get this message when I want to start
the network,

Setting default route : SIOADDRT : Network not reachable failed to set
gateway.

After removing the gateway file then I get a ipv6 adress instead of a ipv4
adress.
