Summary:                    gdm fails to compile
Description: 
With the lunar coretools, I am running into an error stating that my $BUILD
is incorrect

At the end it fails (but thinks it succeeds) with this message

Running that by hand WORKS!.. wtf!?  I tried removing the quotes in the
$BUILD by adding this right before the configure but it still doesnt work.
 What the hell is going on here?  This is with the lunar again due to the
lin freeze I found.
