Hmmm. When I read this back, it came over a bit stronger than intended.

The BUILD will need to have
  python setup.py build --numpy
to use the new real numpy instead of the old numeric numpy.
The two files in Src/Tests fail, but they may not be up to date.
I haven't anything else to test against.

The netcdf problem was already reported to the developer in June.
