A DNS toolkit for Python.

This is an upgrade from 1.3.5 to 1.4.0.

Note: minimal testing because a) I'm not that up to date with DNS,
b) examples on the home page fail on both 1.3.5 and 1.4.0, but other
simple examples from dnspython-users mail archives seem to work.
[Maybe my minimal Lunar installation needs extra configuration]
