entrance-cvs startup

I hacked a bit entrance, and If they accept my patch /etc/init.d/entranced
should install and search for /usr/bin/entranced.

Thus a POST_INSTALL:

(

        ln -sf $E17_PREFIX/sbin/entranced /usr/bin/entranced

) > $C_FIFO 2>&1
