User Group in Japan

Hello,

as i wrote one minute ago to Ippei, congratz to the Japanese Community i think such Communities like a Japanese/a German etc are not only good for the ppl from the specific Country but also for the 'International' - 'Official' Lunar Linux Community.

So this is a good Step in my humble opinion.

If we can help (with the german community) we will do so.
