I got the UML kernel to compile last night, but only by hand. Apparently, one needs to "make distclean" after applying the patches in certain cases. Others on the UML list have had similar problems, so that may be something to add into the current module. -- "Of course I'm in shape! Round's a shape, isn't it?"
