Module submission rar-bin

I would have to say no to this also... I donno if my descition is final
but the license for WineX is horrid ... Also the cvs version wont
properly install most windows apps because they take out that part that
installs Install Shield so that you HAVE to pay for it.  We had this
conversation before about 6-7 months ago on why winex is not acceptible
in moonbase and the main reason was the license.
