as far as i know, there are no stings attached to the cvs version of wine since
the copyright protection code is removed.
unfortunately the bean-counters have dollar counters (read lawyers) those
dollar counters think they can count more dollars is you distribute their
program improperly. that why it is to simple it just use the best tool for the
job. of course you can still do that, it's just that luanr can't distrubte it
for you.
btw, if one woulld show the appropriate licence, and let users agree to this
licence before installing a module, would this be sufficient for modules like
winex and vmware?
got to actually read those licences more cartefully
