Summary:                    dependency gnutls not added when installing wget
with openssl option
Description: 
I tried to install wget with the option openssl enabled. Unfortunately, the
requirement gnutls was not added as a dependency, so I got the error
message one can see in the attached screenshot. Therefore I installed
gnutls manually (lin gnutls) and installed wget after that. No problems
then. But to make it easier / cleaner, wget should add gnutls as a
dependency if the openssl option is enabled!
