Summary:                    libmcs module fails to find libkdecore
Description: 
libmcs fails to build:

checking for main in -lkdecore... no
configure: error: Cannot find libkdecore

lin -rc libmcs
say No to "kdelib3" for KConfig support
then libmcs builds successfully.

Version bumped it and added a couple of sedits so it will/can find kconfig.
