hal fails to compile with the following key error message(s):

linux_dvd_rw_utils.c: In function `scsi_command_init':
linux_dvd_rw_utils.c:175: error: `SG_FLAG_UNUSED_LUN_INHIBIT' undeclared
(first use in this function)
