Summary:                    lservices does not list any of the services that are
disabled.
Description: 
lservices does not list any of the services that are disabled. It will only
list those that are enabled, whether they are running or not.  In the menu,
when you disable a service it is no longer available on the list to be
enabled again.  And chkconfig --list does not list any disabled services.
