dsniff-2.3 fails to build with the error:
rarpd.c:289: error: `ARP_H' undeclared (first use in this function)
rarpd.c:289: error: `ETH_H' undeclared (first use in this function)

This is an up stream issue. There seems to be some disparity between the
dsniff and libnet authors which has now gone on for several years. The
issue came to be when libnet-1.1 was realeased. Afaict there has been zero
activity with dsniff since around 2002/3. 

>From what I can find there are other people who have taken his beta
version plus libnet and taken great effort to hack them up just to get
them to compile and install with some missing functionality. What those
might be I do not know at this time.

I question the need to use these hacks in moonbase.

there, if you really want to use dsniff take the build problems upstream.
