Code that recompiles a _installed_ module to get it to the latest
version if it's outdated. Afterwards... we add a SWITCH (on/off) to
automatically lin --probe all dependencies of a module to make sure
they are up-to-date.

code is active in theedge, with menu switch and all (tested). On to the
second stage where this gets used on renew().
