Fixed in moonbase by explicitly removing /usr/bin/pstree.x11.

on the make phase of psmisc the following happens

make  install-exec-hook

                ln -s pstree pstree.x11

! Problem detected during BUILD

This happend on all of my lunar workstations i just removed
/usr/bin/pstree.x11 and then it worked /me shrugs
