hi,

the package checks in the PRE_BUILD steps for installed
kernel-headers-2.6. if theres no one it doesnt patch against kernel 2.6
-> the build fails. it would be better to check just for a kernel 2.6
and then installing 
the kernel-headers-2.6 if it isnt installed.
