Added darcs:// support in the same way as existing support for cvs://
and svn://. It seems to work the way it should and can also be tested
if you:


Add modules darcs and ghc that I have posted to the mailinglist
earlier.
Add the module darcs-darcs that I have posted to the mailinglist
today.


To test, drop darcs, ghc and darcs-darcs into zlocal and apply the
patch to /var/lib/lunar/functions/download.lunar. Then "lin
darcs-darcs" - should... fail properly saying that darcs is needed. :)

Then "lin darcs" (takes lots of time to compile ghc) and finally "lin
darcs-darcs" to see it in action. It uses a similar variable
DARCS_THRESHOLD as CVS/Svn does.
