Added darcs:// support in the same way as existing support for cvs://
and svn://. It seems to work the way it should and can be tested using
the modules included in the attachment.

To test, drop darcs, ghc and darcs-darcs into zlocal and apply the
patch to /var/lib/lunar/functions/download.lunar. Then "lin
darcs-darcs" - should... fail properly saying that darcs is needed. :)

Finally "lin darcs" (takes lots of time to compile ghc) and finally
"lin darcs-darcs" to see it in action.
