This needs to be fixed upstream. the makefiles are not capable of doing
this manually and their system needs to be rewritten heavily. Please
report upstream.

BUILD file for glut doesn't call make install but installs lib and .h in
a somehow spartiate manner.

Please enable installation of man pages.

One could even write a little flag in CONFIGURE to enable/disable
installation of progs(examples and the like)...
