checking for /usr/src/linux/include/linux/modversions.h... yes
checking for Linux kernel version >= 2.4.0... ./configure: line 2616:
test: 2-ll: integer expression expected
no
configure: error: You should have linux kernel >= 2.4.0 installed

Kernel is "2.4.27-ll-r7.0.0a" installed via "lin linux". The configure
script stumbles over the extra stuff up from "-ll-r7.0.0a".

I took a look in the script at line 2595 and replaced
#KERNEL_VERSION="`./uts_release`" with KERNEL_VERSION="2.4.27". Sure,
thats not the proper way but it works for me and I don't have the
knowhow to change the version-check script on my own. Please fix this!


BTW: Latest driver is: pctel-0.9.7-9.tar.gz. The configure script is
broken here, too. You can download the driver at
