Summary:                    Theedge  install always does a -c -r when installing
Description: 
When you install theedge it alwasy asks for depends even when you run "lin
theedge".  It seems no matter what you do it always runs "lin -c -r
theedge".  I know this is minor but it should always remeber depends
unless the user wants to renew the depends.
