Summary:                    soup doesn't compile
Description: 
soup doesn't compile and quits with error during make
it give and extra ';;' between the optimalizations flags within the
APACHE_CFLAGS
removing this after doing configure and before doing make seems to work,
i'm not quite sure how to automate this (in bash)

Added a BUILD file that sedit's the offending line.
