Version bumped this module to 0.7.38.  Naming convention for this project
has changed on sourceforge.  Compiled with qt3 and MAD and libvoribs. No
problems with gcc-3.2.3, glibc-2.3.2.  asm errors are more likely to be
from bad optimization settings, but maybe the version bump solved all the
problems anyway.
