Summary:                    wu-ftpd does not compile
Description: 
I can't lin wu-ftpd module. Additional i have seen that on the original
site there are two security patche available for it.

wu-ftpd is a POS, also not safe enough to connect to the internet, so this
isn't high priority for me. The main problem is bison, probably old bison
(1.2 etc) still works. We'll have to await upstream release fixes for
this.

If we agree on it being a POS, we should remove it from moonbase.

I added an sedit to the BUILD script to fix the stupid corrupted source
file ftpcdm.y.  The stupid wu-ftpd devs have a corrupted source file.  I
also added the two security patches recommended right on the front of the
wu-ftpd website.
