kde-4.8.0 version bump

Sometime today or tomorrow kde-4.8.0 will land in moonbase. With each release 
they get closer to less monolith tarballs. This iteration brings around 20 new 
modules. 

I  had considered adding them to the kde4 profile but lets face it., the 
profile already asks enough questions.  Some of them will be added in an 
indirection fashion, for example kde-workspace now depends on  kactivities.
