Problem upgrading postgresql

You don't need to download the tarball again, look at /var/spool/lunar
or whatever dir you had set in $SOURCE_CACHE.

I've recently do an upgrade from 8.3.0 to 8.3.1 without problems, so I
can't confirm this.
