cups-1.3.1 and kdelibs3

Just a general heads-up for the kde users. The recent cups version bump to 
1.3.1 required several patches to be applied to the kdelibs3 module. I have 
bumped the UPDATED for kdelibs3, unfortunately that might not be enough. 

If after the kdelibs3 relin and you try printing within kde and get an error 
about something being catastrophic. The first thing to do is check that your 
printer settings have not changed after the cups install. You can use 
kcontrol or localhost:631.

If you for sure those are correct, you *might* need to relin qt3 since it also 
deals with cups. The POST_INSTALL of qt3 will take care of the kdelibs relin. 

Sorry for the inconvenience but see no other way around it.
