In free translation it means that now you have to launch your favourite ASCII 
text editor and edit all the files you need to modify 
in /var/lib/lunar/moonbase/zlocal/maradns

Then lin maradns and test it.

If you have troubles configuring smtp or your ISP forbids such 'dangerous' 
services you can use:
lvu diff maradns
to see the changes you made and then (if everything is OK and module is tested 
by you) type in:
lvu diff maradns > maradns.patch
to make patch file. Then add it as attachment using your favourite mail client 
and send it to Lunar ML.

P.S. Do not give up if you will be ignored, maintaining Lunar is voluntary so 
not everybody has the time all the time. Keep hammering in, be nice and 
gently. Remember to regenerate checksum when updating to new version.
