fglrx (was hosed by lunar update)

I updated fglrx module with few more tweaks:

Suggested by Dennis Veatch:
ln -s /usr/lib/xorg/modules/dri/fglrx_dri.so /usr/lib/dri/fglrx_dri.so
which fixes missing dri problem.

I added also ccc ability to save config to file by any user.
Plus other small optimizations.

BTW: if it is OK someone bump it please.
