while I sympathise somewhat with this feeling, I'm not working towards the 
minimalist when I make ISO's. I haven't looked into adding some sort of package 
selection mechanism code for the ISO yet, so as the beta stands now, it installs 
all packages.

but don't worry, it's still just a single cd-rom ;)
