udev - modifications

What's new:
* come back of raid-devfs.sh [compability]
* new 'old' special fdd classic dev nodes [compability for disk tools like 
e.g. fdformat; never seen before in lunar's udev] Nobody using floppies?
This improves lunar's compability with *nix classic disk tools.
* the new firmware_helper does good job at autoloading firmware. *tested*. So 
do not see the reason of bringing back oldsk00l hotplug loader.
However see some people are not convinced so here are some tips:
The new firmware loader is very strict at firmware files naming and location. 
It looks for firmware files in /lib/firmware directory only! It likes 
firmware file names with hardware revision number at the end of file name.
Speedtouch 330 example:
oldsk00l naming of firmware files:
speedtch-1.bin
speedtch-2.bin
new naming of firmware files:
speedtch-1.bin.4
speedtch-2.bin.4.00
because my modem's revision is 4.00
This is good change I think. If someone has same hardware at different age at 
one machine - the correct firmware is loaded to correct device.

If the firmware won't load after updating to this udev check /var/log/messages 
to find out what files firmware_loader looks for.
Example:
speedtch 1-3:1.0: found stage 1 firmware speedtch-1.bin.4
speedtch 1-3:1.0: found stage 2 firmware speedtch-2.bin.4.00

The files atached to this mail are new so overwrite copies in /var/spool/lunar 
and zlocal if any exist.

raid-devfs.sh
udev.rules-2.patch.bz2
to /var/spool/lunar

udev.tar.bz2 unpack to /var/lib/lunar/moonbase/zlocal

and lin udev will install everything.
