gtk+-2.8.14 version bump

Its now been two days and still no real posts documenting valid problems
with glib-2.10.1. Attached are the modules for glib-2.10.1 and gtk+-2.8.14.
Feel free to test them.

So far only galculator (unmaintained IMO) and some xfce4 weather plugin have
been mentioned as having problems with glib-2.10.1.

For users of those two apps, you can either do "lunar hold gtk+-2 glib-2"
or don't use those two apps after you update your gtk+-2 and glib-2.

I'll probably bump glib-2 and gtk+-2 this weekend sometime, and yes sofar
agrees with me.
