Thank you for the submission!  I imported this module into the moonbase.
Only notable change I made was I did not inlcude a BUILD file as the
default BUILD handlers work just fine.  Oh, and I added it to the
'distributed' section in the moonbase, only because the 'BitTorrent'
module was there already.  Thanks again.
