-rw-r--r--   1 icesik icesik 154473275 Jan 29 16:00 lunar-1.5.1-i686.iso.bz2
[icesik at kde lunar]$ bzip2 -d lunar-1.5.1-i686.iso.bz2

bzip2: Compressed file ends unexpectedly;
        perhaps it is corrupted? *Possible* reason follows.
bzip2: No such file or directory
        Input file = lunar-1.5.1-i686.iso.bz2, output file =
lunar-1.5.1-i686.iso

It is possible that the compressed file(s) have become corrupted.
You can use the -tvv option to test integrity of such files.

You can use the `bzip2recover' program to attempt to recover
data from undamaged sections of corrupted files.

bzip2: Deleting output file lunar-1.5.1-i686.iso, if it exists.
[icesik at kde lunar]$

Does I can download lunar by rsync? In download area on site I see only HTTP.
