german mirror move

Hi,

The german download mirror k-de.lunar-linux.org will go down today, and will
be replaced by a machine in Frankfurt (a.M.) later today. To avoid confusion,
the new machine will be named "fr-de.lunar-linux.org" and will (if all goes well)
sit in the download.lunar-linux.org rotation pool available for downloads.

Make sure you update bookmarks, webpages etc. where needed.
