This wouldn't actually be that hard since the optimize call is done right
before compilation - you can simply add a plugin hook at that spot to read
a special optimization file of some sorts, although I really would not like
to see moonbase polluted with special optimization files for each module.
In any case there is plenty of possibilities to play around with here.
