opera, openMotif and lesstif

Please no %MOTIF.  lesstif really should just be removed from moonbase once
and for all.  I do not believe there are any apps that are lesstif only left
in moonbase (as soon as florin fixes xawtv).

Opera and Opera-static have already been updated in moonbase to use openMotif
and no longer depend on lesstif.

The only reason to leave lesstif in moonbase is to prevent the whiners from
coming out of the woodwork when and if we finally do ever remove it from 
moonbase.
