optimizations for libmad

Yes. It is better now. Thanks for corrections. On my machine it also 
autodetects intel.

I'm not sure if anybody noticed that this update will not show up in lunar 
update. This is very small update so we decided to not force people to 
update. So if anybody feels as a audiophile and wants to have a little better 
sound from mad, he/she should do lin libmad manually after lunar update.
