recode vs hd2u

I am trying to figure out why hd2u and recode list each other as 
conflicts.

The other thing I am curios about is when they started listing 
each other as conflicts because I had them both installed and 
when I did a lunar update today it asked me if I wanted to 
remove hd2u because it conflicts with recode.

Here is why I am puzzled: looking at the installed file list for 
each of these modules, I see that recode installs 
/usr/bin/recode and librecode, and hd2u installs 
/usr/bin/dos2unix and no libraries.  I am sure that I am missing 
something, but I don't see the conflict.
