A minor modification to bc packet

Hi I have noticed that the bc will not give me
readline capability even if manual installation with a
--with-readline in config will do.
so I've modify the DEPEND and BUILD to put readline if
you want to.
here are my modifications.
NOTE: the ed thing is there becaurse of a bug in bc sources.
