Module names

This is what bothers me; no one can judge what is or is not a problem
for everyone. Even me being a developer, I find some module names
frustrating like MPlayer -- I'm used to the binary name being lowercase,
not uppercase...Plus, how is an end-user supposed to know that the
tarball is uppercase? Also, some modules are a certain case because the
binary is in a different case (e.g. BitchX) which is exactly opposite of
using the tarball name, BitchX's tarball doesnt even contain BitchX. So
imo, the module names issue is a valid one, and I dont plan to ignore
anyone about it.
