udev-059's changes with pre-2.6.12 kernels

Hello everyone,

Now that florin has updated udev upto 059 in moonbase, we thought it would be a 
good idea to warn you about a small issue with pre-2.6.12 kernels and udev-059: 
discovering will be slower. In Greg's words, author and maintainer of udev, 'No, 
this doesn"t "break" support on older kernels, just makes new device discover a 
little slow. It will all still work just fine.  So a user can upgrade udev, and 
then their kernel.'

Worst case wait will be 5 seconds, but that should not be a general rule, so 
don't worry too much ;)
