Don't know if this was meant for the list as well, but i'll toss it back
to the list for ya.

My guess is that flac should only really be depending on libogg.  If
you want to look into that, that would be great.  If it is true that
flac should only depend on libogg then it would be fine to add flac as
an optional depends on vorbis-tools.
