udev only and usb permissions

Ok, set all changes back to origianl settings. Being the bright lad that I am, 
decided to RTFM for digikam. Loh sayeth the documents do as I command from 
most high link - http://www.gphoto.org/doc/manual/permissions-usb.html and 
all will be well. So it is printed, so it is done.
