expect broken

I added the debug_msg to
/var/lib/lunar/moonbase/devel/expect/BUILD:
if in_depends $MODULE tk ; then
debug_msg "BUILD thinks tk is depend"
OPTS="$OPTS --with-tk=$SOURCE_DIRECTORY/libtke/tk/unix"
fi
and ran "lin -r -d expect. The compile log is attached.
It appears that in_depend does not function in the way the
module developer expected. As can be seen from the build log,
the line "if in_depends $MODULE tk ; then" in BUILD is returning
true even though the optional depend was answered no.
