Missing dependency for gnutls

nope: it's inherited already:

 $ lvu stree gnutls
gnutls: opencdk libtasn1 [zlib]
|--->opencdk: libgcrypt
|    |--->libgcrypt: libgpg-error

now that this isn't spotted if libgcrypt is not installed and opencdk is 
(weird, but may happen) is another issue....
