Hi!

Maybe I was a little too fast.
Starting sylpheed via xterm works now in KDE 3.2 but it doesn´t
get started by clicking on the icon :-(
I have added now everything above to ~/.Xdefaults and 

if [ -n "$TERM" ] ; then
    . .bash_profile
fi
 
to .bashrc

When clicking on the shell icon within XFCE4, i don´t 
get the new shell.
I have uncommented out in ~/xinitrc the line

The new settings don´t get recognized.
What am I doing wrong?
